Stu started Orthopaedic Sales career in 1993, and spent 21 years with DePuy. Starting out as a sub rep learning to cover cases to becoming a territory team lead. Transitioned to a position with DJO Surgical in 2015 looking for more opportunity as the industry continued to change. In the three years with DJO, I started to realize the advantage of having multiple revenue streams as a rep and distributor. I also learned through costly transitions that freedom from non competes is in the best interest of reps as well as the customers they serve.

In 2018 I helped start RepFreedom and ASCdx. We help reps discover better is possible and walk them through the transition from a W2 or captive 1099 rep and help them build the business they desire.
