Meet Your Instructor

Rick is a 39 year veteran of the total joint replacement segment of the Orthopedic industry. His successful career has included three start-up companies, as well as Fortune 500 companies, such as Johnson and Johnson and Stryker Corporation. Rick’s experience has consisted of management positions in Sales, Marketing, and Professional Education. He has been a certified trainer for three different selling skills systems.

He has trained hundreds of sales representatives since 1990 in his role as Director of Professional Education in four companies. He has a passion for teaching and believes there is a direct correlation between success and continuous education. Upon retirement from the orthopedic medical device business, Rick started a consulting company based in Dover, NH called Kaizen Consulting, LLC.

Rick is passionate about: sales rep development, sales training and education, and continuous improvement. His consulting company represents Rick’s desire to give back to the medical device industry in which he spent almost 4 decades of his career.
