Meet The Co-Founders

Eric Anderson started his medical sales career with Synthes as a trauma representative and sales trainer. After 8 years with Synthes he moved on to Smith and Nephew where held several positions including Technical Sales Director, Field Marketing Director, District Manager, and Region Vice President. Eric has also held District Manager positions with Zimmer Biomet, Tornier, and Bioventus where Eric had the opportunity to mentor and lead several award winning sales representatives as well as winning several top achievement awards as himself.

Eric currently is the host of the Orthoidea podcast, Founder of Extremity Surgical, and partner at Ortholink Florida. His social media marketing is extensive, and allows the opportunity to connect with thousands of sales representatives and surgeons. Eric is happily married to Lorrie and has 3 children, two dogs, and two cats. Life is good!

Matthew Ray Scott

Matthew served as an Army officer, serving as a Captain in the famed 82nd Airborne Division and as a Psychological Warfare Officer. Upon leaving the military, he worked for KLS, Martin, Medtronic, Nuvasive, Smith & Nephew, and MacroPore Biosurgery. Matthew has served in all levels of sales leadership, including VP, Sales.

After helping to co-sell a biotech company for 16x earnings to Medtronic, Matthew launched FEED. Today, Matthew is the Principal + Managing Director of FEED.
